Orders

  • All products are handmade to order unless stated otherwise.
  • Please ensure all personalised details, delivery information and contact details are correct before placing your order.
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot always be amended or cancelled as production may begin immediately.

Processing Times

  • Current processing times are displayed on the website and may vary during busy periods.
  • While every effort is made to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur.

Personalised Items

  • Please check all spelling, names, dates and other personalisation carefully before submitting your order.
  • Myla&Co cannot accept responsibility for customer errors submitted during the ordering process.
  • Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, home fragrance items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided where required under your consumer rights.

Home Fragrance Safety

  • Customers must follow all safety instructions supplied with wax melts, room sprays, reed diffusers and other home fragrance products.
  • Never leave burning candles or wax warmers unattended.
  • Keep products away from children and pets.
  • Myla&Co accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.

Delivery

  • Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
  • Myla&Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

  • Fragrance strength and appearance may differ between batches.

Liability

  • Myla&Co’s liability is limited to the value of the item(s) purchased.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
